The CCCB works to provide a fun atmosphere for adults to share a common love of music and a place to develop our musical abilities. This all-volunteer group provides fine performances at Coopersville High School’s Centerstage Theater in October, December and April, and also travels to senior living centers around the area.

The 50+ members of the CCCB rehearse on Monday evenings, 7:00-9:00 p.m, at the Coopersville High School band room. Conducted by retired band directors Luanne DeVries and Tom Harsay, the band plays good quality concert band literature from the classics to movie music to marches to ragtime.

Please see our rehearsal schedule.

Membership is open to ages 14 through adult for players with proficient musical ability in a concert band setting and who are interested in supporting the mission of the band. Membership is all-volunteer. Members do not pay dues or fees.

New members are to contact the conductor prior to attending their first rehearsal to ensure we have a space available and music ready for you. Members are expected to commit to attending all rehearsals and the concert for each performance session.

During the summer, you may consider joining the Alumni Alley Cats Jazz Band, who performs throughout the Coopersville Area.

Interested in joining the band? Submit your contact information and we will get back to you with more details about our rehearsals and membership.
